The biryani - origin and history

Tell me there are people who do not like biryani? Old Dhaka's Kachchi or Tehri heard the name but the people who have not found water in the water. This image is not just that but in our country. Biryani's appeal to the whole of India from the Mughal period of four years ago has not been so far this year. So, in the words of the famous sage Mujtaba Ali, it is to say "Bhanumati! Same glamor ". Thousands of languages, castes, tribes, nations and religions can put Bharati on a table. Two things are possible. One of them is cricket and the other is probably Biryani. This is the story of today's magical Biryani, which has been arranged in many unknown ways.

How did the biryani start?

In the history of India, the Mughal empress Mumtaz Mahal is not only immortal due to the Taj Mahal. In addition to the Taj Mahal, the people of India have got another surprise. That thing is the favorite food of all of us, Biryani. It is reported that once Mumtaz Mahal went to Barrack to monitor the situation of Mughal soldiers. But the emperor was very sad to see the condition of the health of the soldier was very cruel. So he instructed the maternity cook in Bombay to produce a nutritious food rich in rice and meat, which can restore the broken health of soldiers. The meal that cooks cooked in the order of Samrajni Mumtaz Mahal, is known as Biriani of today's day. After dinner, they did not have to wait too long for Joga to eat food on the food table. Wherever the Mughals have traveled in India, they have spread to the people in the biriyani taste. The locals again got a new dimension. And so from east to Peshawar, so much of Biriyani! So diversity!
How the origin of the word Biriyani
The word biriyani is derived from Persian Biriyani. In Persian, the meaning of the word biriyan is taken before cooking. In reality, after cooking the biriyani, roasted aromatic rice ghee was taken out. So name this. Good to Know This Persian word is changed in different regions of our country, especially in the greater Mymensing region, the word "disturbed" is used.
Kachchi Biryani

The most popular of our country, especially in old Dhaka, Kachchi Biryani is Kachchi Biryani. The word kachchi comes from the word Urdu kacha, which means a raw meaning. Since the meat is cooked directly with perfume rice, its name is Kakchi. It is also known in Hindi and Urdu. Kutchi biriyani was cooked with a layer of potato and rice flour over it without any boiled gourmet meat. On the other hand, Pakki Biryani is made by mixing with boiled or boiled beef rice.

Where the polao and biriyani differ

Polao and Biriyani are cooked with perfume rice and meat. Yet there is a great difference between them. It is optional to give or not to eat meat in our country that we know as polao. However, the origin of polao is in Central Asia. There was cooked with polo gasta. Even in India and Pakistan, there is a lot to cook polo in this way. The Mughals were the people of Central Asia. They came from the motherland of Polao culture. However, the main difference of the polao biryani is that it is much more spicy than the method of cooking. The diversity of materials in biriyani spices is very high, spices are also used in relatively high quantities. Because of this, biriyani spices are too much harder than poles.

If you are still in Uzbekistan or Turkmenistan in Central Asia, then you will see the present form of polao and biriyani. However, the interesting thing is that we are used to using so much spices in the Indian subcontinent that the primordial polarity of Samarkand or Bukhaara seems to be quite pale and gullible to us. Almost everyone of those who have actually tried it in the reality says almost the same thing. However, another major difference between polo and biryani is hidden in their basic cooking method. Before cooking, the rice was washed slightly after washing the rice and was boiled after water. But the rice is not washed or boiled, in order to keep it dry.
The difference between Tehri and Biryani
There is a special refinement type of biryani in Tehri. There is less amount of meat in Tehri. Potatoes and bones are more. Originally, this diversity was brought to save costs due to high prices during World War II. However, if the change was changed, the application could not be changed yet. Tehri is a very popular street food in Kashmir.
Variety of biryani diversity
It can not be concluded that how many diverse biryanis are found in the Indian subcontinent. Among them, Dakai, Lakhnawi, Sindhi, Hyderabad, Bombay, Calcutta, Malabari, Thaleswari and Delhi's Biriyani are among the most famous.
