Chicken Fahita

Chicken Fajita is a Mexican food. It's common in America too. In Mexico, it is made with onion, lettuce leaves, sauerkraut cream, cheese tomato and so on. Here is a recipe made with our native ingredients. Fahita is usually made from beef or cock meat. Chicken is used here


Ingredients

Cook meat 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Green pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
Onion 1/4 cup
Coriander powder 2 teaspoons
Garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
Capsicum: 1/2 cup
Oil: 1/2 cup
According to the salt taste
Dhanepata kuchcha ta amount quantity
Steps

 Step 1
Take a cup of crocodile pieces from the bone and slice the slices into pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper, oregano, coriander and garlic bowl for 1 hour.

 Step 2
Take 1/2 cup of green, yellow and red capsicum 1 cm wide. Thin slice onions.

 Step 3
Sprinkle the meat in 10-12 pieces of oil once in a while. Do not freeze more meat together.

 Step 4
After frying the meat, roast onion with the same oil in the same oil.

 Step 5
Mix meat with mayonnaise, tomato husk, cucumber, capsicum slice. Roll with mashed bread or naan bread and serve it. 4 serve.
